  • Well, I had a coupon for $50 to have three rooms and a hallway steam cleaned. I actually needed a tiny area (a den, without moving furniture mind you, so very little) cleaned. My dog had Peed on the floor. I already had put down natures miracle so that of course helps tremendously but then you need the whole carpet cleaned so that it basically doesn't show spots. When I talked to the girl she said that she can have the guy shampoo the carpet downstairs and steam clean the other little area I need it upstairs for $49. He got here and of course said that it would be $200 for what I was asking for. I knew there was going to be a upswell coming, just didn't know how much. I told him no, I was going to pay $49 and that's it. So he said all he would do is the downstairs. So even though there was very little space in the actual room to do, he didn't even do up to the door or the laundry room. For $50 all he did was a tiny bit of space where the dog Peed. Next time I will use Stanley steamer somebody his basketball and will not change prices once they get here and will do it right. I did not tip him because I was so aggravated.
