  • I don't like to give negative reviews but I just had to on this one. Please go to a direct Verizon store...save yourself some money. This store is considered an indirect Verizon store and I know why. I don't know where to begin with all the issues with this store. First of all, it took 6 weeks to get the phone I ordered. They kept making excuses. We received so much wrong information.They were suppose to change our Verizon plan to a plan that would save us $$ but the information they provided was all wrong and actually ended up costing us double the $$. They said we would not get charged for certain things only to find those items were charged on our bill. We went into the store to get things straightened out and they blamed Verizon for everything only for us to find out it was wrong information they were providing. There is so much more but I hope you get the picture...find another store.
