  • My wife and I just completed a 4000 mile road trip across the country. We started in Ohio. This hotel left a horrible first impression and start to the trip. My wife found public hair and urine in the bathroom and i immediately noticed the common areas were very dirty including the hallways and elevator. Behind our nightstand was garbage and a thick layer of dust. How do you think we felt about eating the complimentary breakfast? The front desk people were nice but the cleaning ladies should first be ashamed and secondly all fired for their terrible work.
