Cool Blew was assigned our Spring AC tune-up by One Guard Warranty. Other than a run capacitor that was replaced the two units worked fine, no leaks, no issues. Now three months later one unit is down with a 2.5 pound loss of Freon. My service guy found the system leak-free, but noted that neither service port caps were there. Cool Blew had not replaced them or failed to put them back on the unit. Did this cause the Freon loss? It will be argued both ways forever, but I am not having Cool Blew back on my property again.
