  • My 6 year old daughter was so excited to go in to this place. She really loves hair and beauty stuff. Being mildly on the autism spectrum, she gets excited about things, and gets very unhappy when things do not go right. Well, we returned here a week later to return a defective headband that had jewels falling out of it. I had told her that we could exchange. Come to find out that they have a funky return policy. They pointed to their sign at the checkout that said that it had to be returned within 5 days. My child starts to get upset, and they dont care at all. This is a two dollar item. They asked if I wanted it back, and I said, no thanks, you can throw it away. This just happened last week. This is a terrible way of doing business. Shame on you Nicole Beauty, we could have been VERY regular customers. Your policies turn good business away. Please wake up who ever the owner is, you caused tears for my child.
