rev:text	Came here during my holiday and was looking forward to my visit. Unfortunately I was disappointed from the start. Firstly we had a voucher allowing us a discount. This voucher was supposed to entitle us to a 5% discount per ticket. We we're told even with this voucher we had to pay full price? When asked why we were told because that is the price! We we're then asked to pay an extra 5 dollars for their headset. When we said we didn't want to pay that we were then told that it's ok because we can download the app for free...why this wasn't mentioned before hand I don't know. Unfortunately the app was a complete waste of time as it kept freezing and shutting down. The staff inside the exhibition were good but we're let down by their colleagues in the store and box office. Having had this experience I would not recommend it to anybody else unless you can get in for less than 15 dollars as this is about the correct amount I would pay for the experience at a push!
