Wow. Hands down the best restaurant I have been to in Vegas. All of the food items were perfect. I started with a salad with burrata, mixed greens, beets and hazelnuts - well designed and delicious. For my main course I had the babay goat (I think it's called capreto) - also excellent. My table companions had the branzino (delicious) and the out of this world, must have lobster with black macaroni. The desert was a chocolate cake, but the star of the dish was actually the accompanying gelato, served on some sort of chocolate crubms - yum
the bread here deserves a paragraph by itself. Between the three of us we ate four baskets. There was a big piece that they put on top that was good. Inside there was bread with some kind of meat in it, delicious rolls, and then some sort of bread that they had toasted so that it was crispy - it came out crunchy and airy and was perfect with the marscapone butter.
My only complaint is that the wait staff hover around you and the second you finish something they come in an snatched the plate away. It was very noticable - do they think that this constitutes good service? But our waiter was excellent. They have a good wine list, and the prices are good for this quality of food
So definitely go go go!
