  • I was assigned a room in a building that contained 4 other rooms. Two of the rooms were obviously being used for party rooms and the noise level was out of control the entire stay. I made several calls to the front desk for which security responded and I listened to the contact which was just a verbal discussion that the noise was noted by the officer but no action was taken and he even noted there were people in the room that were not registered in the hotel and left the room without even an attempt to have them turn off the music and stop the noise at 12:30am, even though he told them he could hear the noise from outside the building. I will not stay here again and will not be subjecting my clients to a stay here.
