  • Bad business practices. Signed contract w/Daniel mid-Sept., gave him deposit, told installation to be mid-Oct., then before Thanksgiving, then Daniel wouldn't return my many calls to his cell phone. His receptionist kept apologizing for him and finally told me mid-Jan that Daniel would not complete our contract. We requested immediate refund of our $162 deposit and was told "in a few weeks". I then gave them 1 week to return our deposit. Kelley, the receptionist, did not come to work the following week and no refund check. Reported to BBB and will take Daniel to Small Claims Court. Do not do business w/these people
