rev:text	We checked this place out after purchasing a deal on Travel Zoo and would definitely go back! It's on Freemont Street but doesn't have the tourist-trap feel and/or prices. It feels like a regular neighborhood brewery. First off, the servers and staff were just straight-up nice. We called ahead to ask about using our Travel Zoo as it had expired a day or two prior and were told no big deal. So we headed downtown to check it out. We were greeted at the door and found two spots at the bar (It was a Sunday no the place wasn't crowded). The bartender immediately took our order and explained the different beers and popcorn (The Travel Zoo was $20 for four beers and two popcorns). El Hefe Jalepeno Hef is awesome. It's not as cloudy as a typical hef and is not spicy. The jalepeno comes as a nice after taste with flavor but not heat. It actually took me a few sips to get it and when you notice it, is more in the back of your throat/base of your chin. Very nice and a unique flavor, adding some variety to the usual hef. Dunkelweizen would not have been my first choice by appearance, as it is very dark, but it had a surprisingly light and crisp flavor. It was smooth and easy to drink. For the popcorn we chose one white cheddar and one buffalo/ranch. They had a salted chocolate option as well and had we not been headed to dinner after our stop there, I would have opted to try that one! Now I'm not a big fan of buffalo sauce so I was a little hesitant, but I ended up liking this one more than white cheddar. It's a mix of ranch popcorn and buffalo popcorn and has a sort of Cool Ranch Doritos taste. Over all the place had a nice vibe, friendly staff and good beer/popcorn.
