  • Just stopped thru to grab my Oprah chai and this location is night and day from the last review. The employees are extremely unprofessional and yelling in front of the customers. I understand one of the machines are down but focus on customer service in times of crisis NOT yelling because you are frustrated. A very disappointing experience.
