  • The customer service here is far superior to others. I have a fast pass so I go to different locations. Today I had my car derailed and couldn't be happier!! I went in on Thursday to ask about options, Collin explained everything and was beyond helpful! I went to pick my car up and it looked amazing! My dogs are in my car every day, (they come to work with me) and I was amazed how little hair was present. I then got an apology for having two hairs present! (Seriously 2, I expected a lot more at how often they are in there!) Upon check out, Alex took great care as well with my points and gift card! Not the closest to my house, but I will make the drive and come here everytime! Thank you so much! I also find it disappointing that people post bad reviews about things that are out of the staffs control. They are trained to upsell, its corporate!! Contact corporate, don't fault the location and staff, (who even most of the bad reviews state how awesome the customer service was!) This is a great location, if I had any complaint it would be a couple of the cashiers.
