  • It is so true that you are only as good as your last interaction with a client. We have taken our dogs to Stonecrest for over 20 years and always been happy and satisfied. We had previously had to say goodbye to our family dog and had a wonderful experience with Dr. and staff who explained everything and put our minds at ease. Three weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our Pug, Mikey. It was an absolute nightmare!!! I won't go into all the detail other than to say I called the office two days later and let them know that this particular DMV should NEVER put another animal down. I was told that someone would be calling me but I never received a call. I am so disappointed and upset that my Mikey suffered the way he did at the end. 20 years of great service completely lost with one bad Dr.
