  • Got here at 6:10pm took until 6:25 to make the order properly and asked it to be done extra hard and you would think after 15 minutes they would get that right at least but instead it was a slushy smoothie. Told the guy to redo it it was working Monday night and he made it rock hard to the point where I could not even bite into it. And he dumped the old contents out of the pint into the bowl to redo it but in the process a lot of the ice cream stayed and got lost inside the bowl so I lost about a third of the ice cream when I got it back into the pint. Long story short I think I'll go to subzero next time. The sad part was that there was only six people in the store such a slow store I don't understand. It's one thing if you're slammed with customers. Understandable. But the store was very slow and the staff was slow unfriendly and just careless in their mistakes. And in the 15 minutes that they spend time making our ice cream for my wife and I they were doing other things like preparing waffles washing dishes I would think that that will come secondary to customers. I'm pretty upset about this I don't know how they survive in a thriving area like Scottsdale.
