  • This woman is RUDE! Mind you the Bride, maid of honor, and mother of the bride are starting their day of wedding stops and this lady ruined it! We walk up and when she answers the door a dog is barking while she is chewing half eaten food. She then Proceeds to TELL us that we need to wait so she can finish her lunch because she has to eat and doesn't want her sandwich to dry out. Her dog was walking all over the wedding dress, licking us and following us everywhere. She said several times "it was her way no matter what even if the bride likes it she won't let it out of her house if she doesn't like it." She yelled at the maid of honor for answering questions. She was unprofessional, short, and borderline mean! Quoted Us $300 when we only asked for a hem and straps removed. Susan you provide a service to people. Your people skills are lacking and made the bride to be anxious and uncomfortable the entire time.
