  • Two words y'all: Mexican corn! Two more words: Cotton candy! This buffet was in our hotel & we ate the bulk of our meals here. They have a bunch of international food stations (Mexican, Asian, Italian, etc) along with seafood, soup, salad, & dessert. My favorite thing is the Mexican Street corn which is grilled corn slathered in butter, cheese, & cayenne pepper. Yum! Then, of course, there's the cotton candy at the dessert station. I don't care that I'm 32 years old. I love cotton candy. Hubby's favorite thing is the prime rib. They lose a star because it can get cramped in there during peak hours & some stations can get crowded.
