Oh my god, this operation is a joke.
I joined for the first time this week, and had some questions for F&O's customer service. Wrote to the team every day, no response. After writing to them every day for 4 full business days, I get back a list of excuses from a customer service peon for why I never heard back.
This was good enough evidence for me to know that F&O was just not going to work for me. I cancelled my hunt club trial and deleted my CC from their site. My CC then gets charged $188 from F&O. What? I never received a crate; nothing had ever shipped; I never committed to any services. I had my account for 4 days and I get charged upon cancellation.
Can't wait to see how this plays out.
FYI F&O, in a showdown between you and my bank, you lose. No evidence of goods shipped or services rendered = no legal reason to charge a card. You're running away with my CC information and making charges as you please? I think they call that credit card fraud in any country. You're dead in the water.
