  • In this day and age, when you promise wifi, you need to deliver. They didn't. My wife complained at the front desk and was told she could contact the ISP herself. She was also told that wifi was available in the lobby which of course, was no help at all. Who's going to sit in the lobby at 11 PM in their pj's? The room was fine for the price.
