  • I definitely got ripped off by these guys. I was charged $400 to cut out a plastic line and cap it. He didn't even run a new line to the fridge where the line was originally run to. It took the technician 10 minutes to do and he used maybe $5 in parts. I was even told that I was getting "a good deal". Never again.
