  • I had never heard of Rita's but my husband and I were on a date and looking for some ice-cream after a movie. We slowly drove by to see if they might be open and the manager came running out. He said they were officially closed but we could come in anyway. He even turned the custard machine back on for us. He was so friendly and helpful. I got the chocolate brownie with vanilla custard and my husband got the blood orange. We liked it so much, we took family there the next night. Delicious and excellent customer service.
