| - This is my first review on Yelp. I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry from Camelback Toyota approximately 3 years ago and bought the extended warranty. Aside from buying tires, so far I have only had to pay a little over $100 for service, everything else has been covered 100%. Aside from other services, I've had to take my car in twice for a dropped splash guard and both times they have fixed it at no charge. In fact, I took my car in on my lunch break today and Sergio fixed it right on the spot and I was back at work on time. I know this is small but being a single "older" woman, they could have easily tried to take advantage of me by telling me the splash guard would have to be completely replaced at a cost, but they didn't. Also, any time they have recommended some type of service they are honest in telling me how long I have to get the service done, not "if you drive out of here without doing this today, your car will fall apart" or words to that effect, which has happened to me in the past. They are always polite and in a good mood - Dee is a sweetheart, very patient with me :), and their amenities are great. The wait time seems reasonable to me considering how busy they are. People these days are always in a hurry and want everything done yesterday. All in all, I have no complaints up to this point with Camelback Toyota. When my warranty runs out and I go on a fixed income, I am going to miss going there (smile).
