  • I really like #1 Cochran Subaru! I test drove a Legacy and Impreza in January when my nine year old Volvo began to give me issues. The gentleman who took us out for a drive was nice but a tiny bit abrasive. When we returned several days later to purchase a car, we actually discovered that he had left the dealership, and we were reassigned to Steve Phillips. I was ready to buy the car that night, and both Steve and a very helpful guy (wish I could remember his name) who did the financing stayed an hour or more after close to get through all the paperwork with me. I appreciated their patience, and Steve's willingness to stay as late as necessary to make sure that I understood things like the Satellite radio and Navigation system before driving away. I drive a lot (about 18,000 miles/year) and have already gone for two oil changes. Both experiences were excellent with easy scheduling, helpful representatives, quick turnaround, and a complementary car wash. I'll definitely be returning to Cochran for all my maintenance in the future.
