rev:text	After 3.5 years of renting it's been a constant hassle this company. Absolutely no costumers service skills what so ever and rude employees. There front desk employee was literally yelling and us earlier and I was standing 2 foot away her. Being issued 10 and 14 day notices remove reptiles of from residence after being told by 3.5 there employees that reptile and fish where not a animal that required pet deposits and the other notice is for supposably use the residence as storage. So literally in the argument we are having in the middle of RPMs lobby is that the 2 exercising units that are on a covered back patio are not allowed to be used and have to be put away and used in our garage. Other things that are being considered stored on the residence that we are supposedly being accused of storing (and keep in mind these are homeowner things that I'm mentioning now and extra supplies for house) about 500lbs of matching bricks that go with the front and rear patios, 4 full cases of matching roof shingles and 3 boxes of extra matching tile. All this stuff is being stored by the homeowner on the property but we are getting a 14 day notice remove all stored items from the property including stuff that belongs to the home owner. So out of the 7 annual inspections that we have had in the 3.5 years, that shows everything in each inspection in the same orientation in all inspection we are now getting notice after 3.5 years. We are getting this b.s. to deal but yet there maintenance department half asses repairs on the house. Going on almost 4 months with gigantic holes that where cut into the walls by the maintenance department that bypassed a hot water line leak in the houses foundation and they rerouted thru the addict, 3 day after repair was not done correctly cause the maintenance guy didn't properly solder the waterline correctly we had to deal with coming home to a flooded bathroom, hallway and carpeted bedroom that took the maintenance 2 more weeks for them to come back out and reinspect there fuck up and another week to come out and fix it. Lesson learned with dealing with b.s. property company's.....
