  • Of all Apple stores, I always find this location to have the friendliest staff. I had to get my MacBook updated because I had a really really old version operating system that's no longer supported (after 7 years, I guess that's no surprise haha). Travis helped me out here and he took the time to explain everything in very simple terms and he checked up on me every few minutes. It took about an hour over all. Other staff who saw me sitting there with my laptop also would come by and ask if I was doing okay :) really attentive Their team work here is amazing. If you watch, they are constantly updating each other and seem to have tasks very nicely assigned and split up so no customer is left unattended. It's a very clean store and event is stocked on the shelves for a nice visual display :) If you need apple support, this is a great location!
