  • Elmwood is always amazing! Always love going here :) Check in and Check out: Always smooth. If I wait long it`s probably because the person in front of me is ridiculously slow. But I`ve never had to wait more than 5 min. If you park with delta with elmwood`s validation it`ll come up to $12. Massages: I`ve been here a ridiculous amount of times over the years. Everyone has always done a great job but OMG I found the one for me! JC IS AMAZING. Thank you for giving me an amazing massage! I have never been someone to book with someone specific. I hardly have time off so I just go with whoever can take me but not anymore :) Facial: Had one and can`t remember her name. It was.. ok. Here`s the thing. I specifically asked for someone and had the appt confirmed. I was recommended to her so I don`t know who she is. When I went to my appt, I had someone else. Now, I had just finished my massage and I was very relaxed, so I didn`t notice that the name was different on my itinerary. Anyway, when I was done I was surprised that my friend would recommend her considering it was kinda blah. Then I realized that they changed my appt to someone else. tsk tsk. But I`m easy going so you`re lucky lol. No star deduction only cause.. meh whatever she cleaned my face for 30 min and massaged me for like 20. Mani Pedi: Never did it but for my bf`s bday I made his package include one. I stayed with him while he got one. Ok elmwood, love you guys but I felt like I paid to sit in school lol. Where`s your comfy lazy boy chairs and what`s with the bowl for your feet. You can say what you want about hygiene but that bowl coming towards his feet made me regret the extra money spent. Reason why no star deduction, his mani pedi (by Selam) looked great. Food: OHH NOM NOM! I love the terrace. Every time I go for more than one service I always eat there. I always get the steak :). Water Therapies: I`ve never had any problems. No one`s too loud or splashing when I`m there. But I do only go during weekdays in the morning so I`m always there when it`s less busy. Locker Rooms: They`re fine. Big and spacious. It would be nice if you could put a detangler spray or leave in conditioner for hair. Rather have that then the hairspray. All in all love this place. Already booking for my next massage :)
