| - Pretty decent gym esp for $9.99 at month. EOS is 24hours- most packed on Monday nights after 6Pm when everyone (including myself) is working off the weekend guilt eating.
Idk why people complain about the "wasted space" where the greenery is. That is what sets this gym apart from other. A place to do walking squats, rope exercises, stretches and running weights, sprinting races and a place to stretch and do abs with friends. I absolutely love the green artificial grass space. They have a full gym with all the free weights, bars, squat machines, chest presses, 4 fully equipped areas for Rows, triceps, chest and pulley weights.
HUGE CARDIO area with lateral leg machines, stair steppers, ellipticals and treadmills. They also have a room soley dedicated to loud music and cinema cardio. Not sure if I get this concept but to each their own.
Membership comes with access to the heated pool, sauna and exercise classes which are offered early in the morning 6am, midday (who has time to workout around 11-12pm), and then again around 6/7pm. They are very accommodating.
Recently they opened up a supplement area which Im not sure how they will do when most of the stuff looks overpriced and you can buy most supplements and protein powders online for much cheaper.
I dont have kids but wow do they take care of u! You can drop your kids in the play area while you work out. I would totally sign up for this place just for this reason and will stay here once i have children. That is one of the main reasons why people with kids have a hard time loosing the weight. How can you get a babysitter for 1.5-2 hours. What an inconvenience as a parent who wants to stay in shape.
I would like to give a HUGE HUGE HUGE shout-out to my favorite and hardest working employee STEVEN. I mean everyone here is doing their job but I can tell from everytime im there he goes beyond to do his job. He treats the place like his own. He is always always always either vacuuming, wiping down equipment or moving the weights which even people like me leave in the wrong spots. He always says hi to me and starts up a convo and asks how my day was. He told me that he won employee of the month 3 times in a row! I couldnt see anyone else earning that title at this place, he def deserves that and a raise!!! (hint to Steven's boss) :P
Eos thank you for providing me with an affordable, clean, and new facility. I love working out here.
HINT: Bring a towel- sometime they check and they wont let you workout if you dont have it. Or you can buy one for 1$
