| - If you want to buy video games, this Walmart is not the place. I bought this one PC game called Sim city, and I was really excited to play it. When i put the game in my computer, the game was not reading at first. later on i try put the game back in to my computer again and it worked! Then something else happens, the game has issues with downloading. So i called EA (Electronics Arts), they told me the average time of downloading may take around 30 minutes, but it took 4 hours for the game to download and nothing happen. After 4 hours the download was complete but now the another problem is that the game was glitching. I realized then it was a software issue of the game. I was in frustration at that time. The next day I ask my parents to take the game back to the store and tell them i wanted a refund because the game was not working. I was at church during that time, I was not at Walmart. My mom and dad took the game and the receipt. later my parents called me,and they told me what the employees said at customers service desk that they would give me an exchange for that same game, but not my money back. The reason why because it was their policy that if the game is open out of the box or even the plastic was removed, they would give no refunds, but an exchange. I just know I have to call Walmart, and to talk to the manager. The manager was very rude. It was the worse customer service experiences I had. Very soon i decided to go on their customer services website and to file a complaint. About a week later i receive a call from the store director of that Walmart location. We were talking about the issue, and the store director wants me to come in to get a full refund back on the game. I am very happy that the problem was solved, and I got my money back. Now I know the next time that before i buy a video game, i would read the reviews first. Overall I still shop here at this store. I have been shopping at this location for almost 10 years. Last to say it was okay experience, i cant complain.
