  • This is what local business is all about! The staff and owner are all very friendly. And they know what they're doing. The tour is a bit on the short side, but you're right in the heart of where it's happening. Then they get on to the sampling. Their products are world class. No kidding. They're racking up some impressive awards, and like some of the other reviews said, I think they may have convinced me that I've just never had good gin until now. My husband is a bourbon connoisseur, and absolutely loved their Copper City Bourbon. Their whiskeys not highlight their creativity, but also their willingness to partner with other businesses to bring out the best in the product. And it sounds like they have plans to continue expanding their product line. Anyone looking for a good bourbon (or gin!), give them a try and support a local business!
