  • I had 50+ items to ship (artwork, fragile glass items, etc.), which I knew was going to take up a lot of time. I've had issues with other UPS stores, usually employees and owners who just don't care or are very rude. So I did a lot of research on Yelp and came across all of the great reviews on this store and I have to say I was very impressed. Vic and Dong are very friendly, helpful and genuinely care about getting things shipped safely. I ended up being in the store for over 2 hours, which I anticipated. Dong spent a lot of time calculating and measuring, making sure everything would be packed correctly and safely. All while going back and forth between my shipment and waiting on other customers as they came and went. (Which I didn't mind, because I knew I was taking up a lot of their time.) This store isn't the closest one to me, but I will go out of my way to patronize this store, any time I need these services. Thank you Dong and Vic for your outstanding customer service!
