  • I'm updating again due to the customer service I received from this company's corporate office. I sincerely appreciated the fact that they reached out to me and did the best they could to make things right by me. I was able to speak with the district manager Mike, who was friendly and professional. I understand there is a new manager at this Jiffy Lube location and hope in the future, I may return with confidence that any work is being done properly and thoroughly.
