  • Contacted them for their air duct cleaning special at $99. I was told by Yessie (Jesi or Jessy?) that it included up to 7 air ducts/vents. They cleaned one duct/vent and vacuumed around the register. No other ducts were cleaned (paint on the vent screws were still there evidence the vent wasn't removed.) I finally got around to viewing the invoice and it simply says 1 air duct and a charge for $99. ***Update*** 09/26/16 Spoke with Juan. He confirmed with me the duct cleaning special was indeed for 7 vents and a register. I informed him that only the one vent and register was cleaned. He offered to come out and finish the work or fully refund the $99 paid. I told him that service was indeed done (the one vent and register) so I don't want all my money back. That would be petty. We discussed the price of one vent cleaning and agreed to have a prorated amount of the original $99 refunded. It'll be a couple of days. Overall I give him props for reaching out to me and doing his best to make it right. Takes cajones and proves to me he wants his business done right by people. Thanks Juan
