  • Took my CTS-V in to them to have aftermarket Eibach lowering springs Install, and a alignment afterwards. Did a great job. The next day tho the car developed a very loud squeaking noice from the suspension. After doing some research, come to find out, that is very common on this type of car after they are lowered. Brought it back and they put a lot of hours making the proper adjustments and work to get rid of the squeaking. It was not their fault but they fixed it and didn't complain. Great Customer Service.
