  • I have called Terra West on several occasions about HOA questions and I am happy to say I talked to Krystal on most occasions and was so impressed with her sincerity and guidance. She was so nice and was so helpful. She went out of her way to help me and she seemed to care about my questions. It is hard to find and teach employees sincerity. She is a special employee and Terra West is lucky to have her as an employee.
