  • Nothing tops Penn Mac. We actually wait until we're able to get down to the Strip District when they are open to purchase cheese, olives, olive oil, or anything for Italian cooking. This is also the only place we can find our favorite spicy anchovies! If you want the full experience, with all of the hustle and bustle, go on a Saturday morning. I recently went on a weekday, not too long before close, and I had the place to myself! I actually prefer the busy times, believe it or not. We will be regular customers here for years to come.
