rev:text	Biggest waste of money ever!!! I called this place because I have a cat who got jealous when my baby was born and peed in her room. I don't have any stains on the actual carpet but I can smell the cat stain and my attempts to remove it hadn't worked. I found a coupon for this company and thought I'd give it a shot. The coupon was a cleaning for 4 rooms for only $59.99. I called ahead and told them my concern and the receptionist assured me that I would be satisfied and the cat smell would be gone. On the carpet cleaning day I was very excited!! And then highly disappointed The guy showed up late and wasn't pleasant. He came in to assess the situation and then handed me some paper to sign and left again for 30 min. When he finally returned I started thinking this was a mistake. I should have trusted my instincts! He came in and said that I "needed" the $149.00 cleaning. That my coupon cleaning would not be sufficient. I told him I didn't want to pay that. Then he calls his "manager" and gets off the phone and tells me it's going to be $100 because I'm a new customer. Again I tell him no. I didn't need anything fancy because my carpets aren't dirty. I just really wanted one room cleaned but I figured I'd get 4 rooms since that's what the coupon offered. After 20 minutes of trying to up sell me he finally begins cleaning the carpet. After he was done cleaning my carpets I could still smell the cat smell so I asked him how much it would be to do some extra cleaning in just my daughters room. He said $20 would do the trick and he guaranteed that he'd be able to get any lingering cat smell out of the carpet and gone forever. I went and got him a $20 So after a lot of time spent and a total of $80 my carpets look exactly the same and I can still smell cat pee- only stronger now it seems. I hate hate hate that I spent that money for literally nothing. The whole experience sucked but the simple fact that they failed at what I was told they could definitely accomplish infuriates me. I wouldn't waste your money on this company.
