  • I talked to a representative named Margaret from Dental Specialty Associate office. I just wanted to say what a treasure she is! I am so glad I was able to talk to her. She put me at ease about sending my daughters to you. It's comforting to know that there are still real down to earth people out there who answer phones in person without a recording and really listen to one's concerns. She was genuine. I want to thank you for the best experience I have ever had talking to a representative who is a true blessing. Margaret put the human back into the word humanity! She is patient and understanding. I owe her a big debt of gratitude. I will write another review after my daughters actually receive their treatment but I had to spout about the professional job Margaret did for this office.
