Ugh! Can't get past the terrible customer service here! It's very sad because the theater itself is awesome with the reclining seats and whatnot.
Honestly, if I could pop my own movie theater popcorn at home and bring it with me just to bypass the workers at the counter, I really would. Each time, the service goes downhill. We have a Regal card and they are apparently supposed to ask that at the register for points, but they never do! And whenever we bring it up, they seemed annoyed.
The perks of the theater are really just the fact that it's spacious, hardly ever crowded, and close to home. If only the service matched, I would be happy to keep my 5 star review for them!
