We all tend to squawk when service or a product is substandard but I think it is just as important to let others know when a business is a cut above.
On July 2, a particularly hot day (110°-ish) even for Vegas, my A/C took a powder and I was sure that I would be spending the 4th of July weekend either in hellish discomfort, or in a motel. Since my unit has a few years on it, a dishonest repairman would have tried to convince me that it had to be replaced.
To cut to the chase, it was a minor repair and there was no attempt to sell me something that I didn't yet need, which would have infuriated me and been the last dealing with this company. As it is, not only will they be the ones I will go to when I DO need to replace the unit, but I will also continue to let others know that I recommend Greenstar for any such services.
Justin Fehrensen was the tech who responded and, imo any company would do well to have a bunch of Justins in their employ. Great guy, great company.
p.s. The next day they called to follow up and make sure that all was well. It's a pleasure to deal with a company that realizes that it's customers are more than just a number.
