  • I wish I had read the previous reviews. After spending $6000 cash up front our furniture was delivered a month later. That part we were understanding of. The terrible part was when our furniture was delivered with holes in one side of the couch and a power recliner on the other side of the couch that does not work. We were also missing one night stand from our order. Customer service is non existent and one lady on the phone refused to let us speak to a manager. Now we are told it will be another two weeks to replace the damaged and non working pieces. Two weeks for the missing night stand as well since they only " want to have to make one more trip" to our home. I'm skeptical that it will happen. I will never waste my time or money with this company again. The delivery guys did a good job of trying to handle the situation so the one star in this review goes to them. Zero stars for customer service. This company needs to reevaluate how they do business.
