  • Lesson should have been learned when the receptionist said "the sales representative will be there ...". Sales person? So, expecting they need to make money too I knew it would be me paying that. The sales rep came, was surprisingly very knowledgable and gave good advice. I already knew what was wrong with my unit and had a quote from another, much smaller company. I received my quote later that day and I almost $&i@ my pants. They were $800 more than I had been quoted by the other company! They were not pushy, very smart but unreasonable in price. I ended up going to my original quote who was awesome! Ive had him here two times and he is very smart, responsive and competitive/reasonable. Robert Schiller AC if you were interested. Too bad ac by jay was too much. If they were like $100 more I would have paid it. Not now, I have a great ac man!
