  • We wanted to try a new place I out. Being a 7 star at Caesar and a Chairman at GVR, we wanted a breath of fresh air. Came here and went straight to the players club to get a card. I was not greeted in line by a friendly person. The lady was obviously not having a good day. She printed me a card in 1 minute without confirming if my address was current or not and only printed 1. I asked for a second one, to my surprise she rolled her eyes and seemed mad. We quickly left the counter, tossed the cards in the trashcan and left the casino. They do not deserve to earn a penny of my business.
