  • UPDATE!!! I call the service department to get my defective airbag inflator swapped out.. figured its been 5 months on the waiting list lets get it done. So the lady tells me drop it off on Monday 10:20 am. Okay so I drop it off at 10am and tell them this is my only ride home and I will be back at 530pm to pick it up. So I show up at 530 pm expecting my truck to be finished. Since the whole job takes roughly 10-15 min(2 bolts to remove air bag). Service lady tells me they didn't have time to do it and asks me if I can bring it back tomorrow. I tell her no I can't and that I will never come back here again. Seems the dealership does not take this airbag recall seriously maybe because its a low paying warranty recall. So I have all my papers and documents saved. I will continue to drive around town with my defective airbag. Lets just hope for my sake as well as there's that I don't get injured. Also if Dodge sends me a survey, I will be putting zeros on everything.
