  • First of all I have to say, what the hell were most people expecting from an apartment complex that is essentially in the middle of the bars in old town? No shit its loud and dirty. However, the location is great. The pool is fun and it's 24 hrs. But you can kiss your deposit goodbye. They will charge you for anything and everything in the book. Watch out for flashers, apparently that's a big thing at San Marin. Your car is going to get towed. So are all of your friend's cars.
