  • I'm revising this review from one star to four for the following reasons: The dealership took immediate ownership of the damage and promised to repair the steering wheel. They went beyond my expectations and replaced the entire steering wheel. Can't give 5 stars though, as I had to spend 3 hours of my time at the dealership and my previous visits were still not that great. Original review: I've been to this dealership multiple times now, for service and a new vehicle purchase and I could not characterize a single visit as positive. This most recent visit, I brought my TL in for recall service relating to the airbag. Once I got home, I noticed to they had pulled the leather off the steering wheel and failed to properly fix it. They simply pushed it into the crevices in the hopes I wouldn't notice. I'm genuinely befuddled as to why they think this is an acceptable way to return someone's car to them. Needless to say, they've lost my trust and any future business from me.
