  • I'm usually a frequenter Starbucks and Tim Hortons, but I decided to try Second Cup because I remember going to the Hamilton location as a kid and getting the Italian Sodas. I feel like this place isn't as well lit as most Starbucks and Tim Hortons', but it's a nice space. I'd call it cozy, maybe a bit cramped for my taste. The staff are nice, but they were a bit rushed considering there were no orders except for ours and no customers waiting. Bathroom was clean as well. I ordered a Salted Caramel FroCho, a grainy/powdery compared to a Frappuccino, but still pretty decent flavour. The caramel was good and the whipped cream tasted pretty real. I like having alternatives to blended coffee drinks.
