  • Wow I haven't gotten customer service like this place in a long time!!!! They went above and beyond! I dropped off a pair of snow pants and they said they would have them ready within an hour. I went to run an errand in the mean time. On my way back got in a car accident and it was their closing time. I called to let them know not to wait if they could please leave it outside. The lady didn't want to leave it unattended. I needed it that night as I was flying out on my trip early the next morning before they opened. So she kindly offered to drop them of to me!!! They dropped them off at my location where I was waiting for the car to be towed and police was writing report etc. They even refused to accept a tip!! I tried giving it to him, I insisted and he just ran off saying no no no it's ok!!! Wow I'm so impressed. Now as for the alteration, it was perfect! They are expensive specialty snow pants, they were a bit complicated and they were able to sow them perfectly! Thanks guys, you're the best!!!
