  • 1 Stop cleaned my carpet yesterday, and I'm extremely happy with the outcome! Jeff, the technician was so knowledgeable and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed having him in our apartment. I was seriously considering ending my lease in a few months because of the carpet (been here for 5 years), but I'm totally reconsidering now since the carpet looks brand new! I've used other companies and none have done a job this well before. I highly recommend 1 Stop for its attention to detail and impeccable customer service! Thank you Jeff for an incredible job!
