| - If I could give this business zero stars, I would. The one star would be for our first experience which was nothing like the second experience. The woman at the front desk was a blonde, and sweet as can be. The ultrasound tech was also amazing for our gender ultrasound. Things went so well that we went back for a second visit, promised a $50 discount on a platinum package. However this appointment was NOTHING of what we expected. The girl at the front desk was a young, dark haired girl. Extremely unhelpful and SO rude. We had paid $100 for a platinum package that was supposed to include a 30 minute 4D session, 30 minute color DVD set to music, 30 color pictures, three 8x10 color enlargements, a CD-Rom with 120 digital color pictures, 2 color photo key chains, and a photo album. We did not receive one of these listed items. We were verbally instructed the first time that if for any reason we were not able to see the baby, we would be able to come back free of charge. When we entered the ultrasound room, we were not able to get not one clear photo of our baby. She was not in the correct position and we could not see any photos of her face. We were in the session for roughly ten minutes, if that. The ultrasound technician instructed us to come back when the baby was head down. When we went to schedule the new appointment, the front desk representative told us we would have to pay an extra $30 on top of the $100 we already paid. I was taken aback by this, as we had already paid $100 and were leaving with nothing. She told us that we would have to pay for another visit and argued with us when we tried to better understand because we were told there would be no penalty for the baby being in the wrong position. She began to become hostile and told us "oh well, I'm not the person who deals with that", "didn't you read what you signed?" However we explained to her we were told that fee would be waived if the baby was not in the right position. We told her this was not fair as we just paid $100 for services and received nothing of which we were promised. The services we paid for were NOT rendered. She told us there was no way it could be reversed, to take it up with our bank. On top of all of that, we had a $50 coupon that was given to us at our first visit to use at the second visit, and we were told it would be $79 with that $50 discount, as the package we chose was $129. When we got there they told us "oh you can't go off the prices online it's actually $150. This business is so shoddy. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with this company, I received nothing of which I was promised and essentially just gave $100 to a stranger for no services or goods of which I was promised. Horrible customer service at the front desk, and no pictures of my baby. This business is SO unprofessional. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.
