| - My son's first visit there was a hit (in his opinion, which is really the only one that matters). His second, however, is the reason for the low review. At 4-years-old, he decided to pay for his own trip there, so he took it upon himself to check the price on the website (listed at $8.50 without mention of tax or other fees), and collect exact change from his piggy bank. Upon entering, he was told it would be $9.25 due to tax. My crestfallen preschooler had to leave because of a mere 75 cents. Upon mentioning this in a comment on Facebook, I was called a liar twice. A friend's comment that the wouldn't bring his children to their establishment was deleted by them, but they kept the comments from others trying to explain away their behavior. They made a public comment that they had responded to this Yelp review in effort to make things right and keep our business, but, as of the time of this edited review, that is a fallacy. I went from being hurt for my son and his disappointed feelings to being angry with their response and lack of customer service. A lost customer and all the positive word of mouth gone over less than $1. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me from a business owner's perspective.
