rev:text	Carl the assistant manager at this location deserves 5 stars and a raise. We came here to find answers about what we should do about our pool since it wouldn't hold chlorine. We brought a sample of our pool water here and he suggested to drain it due to high TDS and calcium. Prior to owning our home another pool company thought we were on a salt system and dumped a ton of salt in to the pool. We are on a septic tank and well system so draining our pool was out of the question. Carl recommended us to a company that performs reverse osmosis. We contacted that company and a few days later our pool is sparkling and blue. I would have to say Carl at NPS has been very helpful towards my husband and I. We always come here to buy pool stuff and everyone here has been very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!
